Electronic form generation and archiving is standard across CALIQ. What this means is that every form that you generate (quotation, order acknowledgement, pick note, despatch note, invoice, purchase order, statement, remittance advice etc) is created as a PDF document and stored within the SQL Database, linked to the transactions / customers / suppliers to which it is associated.
All documents can be printed, emailed or faxed – you can set the rules according to your customer / supplier preferences.
Drilling into any customer / supplier / transaction provides access to view the PDF – with options to email / fax / print if required - an end to manual paper filing.

As you enter Purchase Invoices you have the option to scan these in and again store them in the CALIQ database as a permanent archive, instantly retrievable.

Put an end to hunting around PC's and servers for bits of artwork and images - with the CALIQ Image and Document Library you can store all of this material centrally for access by all.
